Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was spotless and had a bathroom and reliable Wi-Fi. They also had a good spread for breakfast with lots of yummy options. 🌟

The location was marvellous, just off restaurant and evrything and easily accessible. Also, it was 1 mile from a performing arts theater...

Location: the hotel was close to the mall n the outlet about a hour away, restaurant, and High Point. It also was in town center. Staff were very very nice and courteous, rooms were spotless and equipped with the Wi-Fi and the bathroom, as for instance.

I love staying at The Townhouse Inn in High Point. The place is so comfortable, the beds are cozy, and the staff is so accommodating. The rooms have been recently renovated and are really impressive with private bathrooms, showers, hairdryers, and bath sheets. The location is amazing, within walking distance to everything. And it's only a 29-minute drive from the airport.

I stayed for 1 night in this absolutely great place, loved that. They gave me a perfectly clean room with Wi-Fi and a bathroom, for example. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were very handy. All of the staff was amiable and pleasant.

The location is unbeatable, with comfortable accommodations right next to the mall, outlet, numerous restaurants, stores, the interstate.

The beds were awesome. My husband is handicapped & there were no handicapped rooms available.

Very basic room, nothing fancy, but very clean and totally adequate! My daughter & I had to be at High Point Theater for the weekend and I found this hidden gem for 2 nights for less than the price of one night at a nearby hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was nice too!

The only complaint I had the whole weekend was I wished there was some fruit at breakfast, very minor "complaint."

Stayed in this property for 1 night and loved our choice. The hotel was located close to the freeway exit and down town High Point and downtown. The staff were affable, marvellous location close to evrything. Found First Baptist Church, it's at a short distance from the property.

The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, as well as safety measures in place. Plus, it had a TV, a small fridge, and a microwave, which were nice additions.

The concierge was nice and professional..the location was convenient.....the overall look of the exterior compared to the internet photos matched pretty well.

There was an enormous amount of hair in the bath towels and on the bed pillows....this was very noticeable as soon as I entered the room.
